Good to know

A few things specific to intimate days.

Because these are shorter rentals with less setup time, a handful of guidelines keep everything running smoothly.

Vendors

Outside vendors — other than your photographer and officiant — are hired through us or approved by the venue.

Decor & setup

We provide and set up the decor in advance. Custom touches like signs or photos are welcome with approval, so there's time to place them.

Ceremony timing

The ceremony begins no later than one hour into your rental. Winter times (mid-Nov to mid-Mar) flex for shorter days.

Suites

Suite access is for changing and freshening up — hair and makeup should be done off-site before you arrive.

Insurance

A small event insurance policy is required, typically around $200 depending on your party.
